After an addition and interior remodel of this cozy home, the owners moved on to rehabbing the landscaping. The goal was to create a garden that uses less water than their old, unkempt lawn, and that compliments the modern sensibility of the newly renovated house. A new olive tree in the front yard might eventually rival the beautiful, mature Chinese flame tree in the backyard, which can be seen over the roof.
