Cloverdale

This oak studded parcel in northern Sonoma County is currently a blank slate. Someday it will be a resort with a dozen Air Stream trailers for the perfect getaway in wine country. Echo Landscape Architecture Studio has been working with the ownership group to develop the property to its full potential. This layout allows for the inclusion of the required number of Air Stream trailers in addition to a separate bath house, a grass game area, a communal outdoor kitchen and dining area and a vegetable garden. An adjacent, existing building will house reception as well as a wine bar and small grocery. A patio with a fireplace connected to this building will serve as a "front porch" for overnight as well as shorter-term guests. The owners have plans for other amenities, including event space, in later phases of the project.
